Greetings all!

I just wanted to give you all an invitation and reminder.  Tomorrow evening at 5, we will be gathering for a special Christmas Eve service at the James River Day School.  Last night I had the great pleasure of leading rehearsal with our brass ensemble for Thursday, and the sound is absolutely wonderful.  Our service will feature familiar carols, readings from scripture, and a short Christmas meditation from Pastor Mike Sharrett.  I can’t wait to share this time of worship and celebration with you all.

I’d also encourage you to consider this as an opportunity to invite friends, neighbors, and co-workers to join with us as well.  There is no time like Christmas to share with others the hope of Jesus Christ, Emmanuel (God with us).

For those traveling and unable to join us, I pray you safe travels and a very Merry Christmas.

May all of us grow in the joyful knowledge of our Prince of Peace and loving Savior this Christmas.
