Chair Setup Help Needed!
We are in need of 3-4 people who would be willing to help one Sunday a month for worship setup. We have sufficient help for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Sundays – but need help on the 4th Sunday.
Currently the setup crew arrives at 7:15 on Sunday morning and work lasts about 30 min. Duties include setting up chairs, placing hymnals, setting up tables for church literature/materials and unlocking doors.
This will be a temporary need as it will not be required in a permanent facility. The setup crew can come a bit later during our summer worship schedule. Please let me know if you would like to serve in this capacity by sending an email to Russell.Darnell@gmail.com
Thank you to those who have been so faithful in this capacity!

William’s Home for Ladies
Please join us next Tuesday, April 27th as we gather at the William’s Home at 3:30 for pet therapy and visitation. The Hardey Famiiy and their pet, “Puppy” will entertain this time. One of the ladies shared how she used to play the violin as a child at family gatherings, and it brings back memories when Kristen and Stephen play their violins for them.
It’s a delightful time to visit “one on one” or participate in group time, and we hope to see you at 3:30 for an hour.
The William’s Home for Ladies, 1201 Langhorne Road, Lynchburg, in the Assisted Living area at the back entrance of the building. Call Marilyn Mateer, 434-528-3814 if you have questions or email cebamateer@aol.com.

Book Table
We will need some help with the book table during these upcoming summer months. We are looking for volunteers for both the 8:30 and 11:00 services. The 8:30 person would be responsible for setting up before the service and manning the table up until Sunday School. The 11:00 person takes over after Sunday School and watches the table until most of the people have left from the 11:00 service. That person also tears everything down. If anyone is interested, they should email me at swiebe2282@yahoo.com. We create a new schedule each month. Thanks!

Young Life:
The Family Vacation weekend has been moved back from August 27th-29thto August 20th-22nd. We are still hoping for a big crowd and would love to have more Redeemer folks participate! Anyone who is interested can call me at 384-3560 or email jarrett.dodd@gmail.com.
Our big golf fundraiser is Friday, June 4th at Ivy Hill. The cost to play is $75/player and includes lunch. Registration starts at 11:00AM and we’ll have a shotgun start at 12 noon. We are looking for lots of players but we make most of our money on sponsorships. Hole sponsors are available at $300 each, Flag Sponsor for $750, Snack Cart Sponsor for $1000. The Flag and Snack cart sponsors includes registration for one foursome and advertising. Each Flag Sponsor will cover the cost of sending one teenager to summer camp. One Snack Cart sponsor will cover 20% of our annual office expenses. If anyone is interested in playing or sponsoring they may contact Rodney Foster at 385-0098.
