Junior Church meets during the 8:30AM and 11AM worship hours for children in ages 4-8. Children are invited to worship with their families, and then may leave for Junior Church prior to the sermon.

2010-2011

• Fall Quarter:         Children’s Catechism Club
• Winter Quarter:     Lessons from the Old Testament
• Spring Quarter:     Lessons from the Book of John
• Summer Quarter:  23rd Psalm

Each Sunday we sing, have introductions, listen to a short, age-appropriate lesson, then follow with games and/or crafts to supplement the lesson in practical ways.

Our goal is twofold.  First that your child will embrace Jesus and Christianity as a lifestyle. Second, that he will wake up on Sunday morning thinking, “Oh good, today I get to go to Jr. Church!”   If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Lynne Govers, especially if there are any dietary restrictions.  After the catechism quarter we have almost no snacks, but we want to keep things safe for every child.
